Good afternoon, Dana
Every payment here goes straight to the biller on behalf of the person you support.

Find a recipient
Search by BillNip username, name, or email. Their own bills open up, and you pay the ones you approve.
Upload a batch
Send one file listing recipients and their bills. BillNip checks every row and pays the billers for you.
Batch upload comes with BillNip Direct Batch
Your plan sends payments one at a time. Direct Batch lets your team upload one file listing recipients and their bills, and BillNip pays every line in one go — still no integration work.

CSV or XLSX, up to 5,000 rows per batch
usernamenamebillamount
The bill has to match one already on that recipient's account. Name is there so your team can read the file, and BillNip checks it against the username.

Developers
Submit payments straight from your own systems. Keys, endpoints, and request history live here.
API access comes with BillNip API
Send payments programmatically from the systems your team already runs. This is the only plan that requires integration work, and it is the one built for volume.
- Submit payments from your systems. Read a recipient\u2019s bills, then pay one.
- Webhooks for every status change. Know when a biller is paid without polling.
- Sandbox before live. Test the full payment path against test recipients.
- Per-payment pricing drops as volume grows. Rate bands step down at 5,001 and 25,001 payments a month.

Send a payment
# 1. Look up the bills on a recipient's account GET /v1/recipients/maria.ortiz/bills # 2. Pay one of them POST /v1/payments { "username": "maria.ortiz", "bill_id": "bill_4f21a", "amount": 145000, "currency": "usd", "memo": "Emergency rent relief" }
Amounts are in cents. You pay a bill the recipient has added, so there is no biller lookup to maintain on your side.

Assist
Pay a bill for a verified public servant through the BillNip Foundation. You never see who they are, and the money goes straight to their biller.
The Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3). Every Assist payment is tax-deductible and gets a charitable receipt your finance team can download. Public servants list a bill themselves, set the amount, and stay anonymous throughout.
